Marc Thiele@mauricerenck mine is self hosted. One reason is as most services ask for way too much money. Another reason is the one you mention. I like the short URL as it comes in handy for my events. I can change the target to an actual events schedule for example, but the short link stays the same.

So for the schedule it is btco.nf/schedule, for captions always/captions etc.
