Plugin Updates

Ich habe heute mein drei großen Kirby-Plugins aktualisiert, weil mein Setup Probleme machte, wenn man die Plugins nicht mit Composer installiert.
Neben diesen Fixes, hat das Komments-Plugin jetzt die Fähigkeit bekommen, verschachtelte Kommentare zu handhaben (man kann auf Kommentare antworten) und das rate page Plugin kann jetzt auch 5-Sterne-Bewertungen.
